Copete and Ricardo Arias visit the ‘Penya Valencianista Rei en Jaume’ of Sedaví on the occasion of its inauguration

The Valencia CF player -José Copete- and the Club’s ambassador -Ricardo Arias- have visited the ‘Penya Valencianista Rei en Jaume’ of Sedaví for its inauguration. On this special day, the supporters present were able to enjoy moments full of Valencianismo.

“I’m very happy to come. This helps to add and instil Valencianismo. We like having this closeness with the people and that they support us, and we try to give that support back on the pitch. Children are the ones who are most excited -they are an important reason why we fight every day and why we try to give them as much joy as possible,” says Copete.

It is worth noting that Valencia CF have already been present at the 25th anniversary of the ‘Pet i Traca’ Penya Valencianista of Carcaixent; at the 28th Convention of Penyes Valencianistes; at the Penya Valencianista of Cheste on the occasion of its 30th anniversary; and at the Penya Valencianista of Alfafar.

“Sedaví is a very Valencianista town. We didn’t have an active supporters’ group in the town, so a group of friends decided to create one to put Sedaví back in Mestalla and in Valencianismo. We want to thank Valencia CF for bringing Copete, as well as for the help with the football pitch after the flash floods. Thanks to Valencia CF, the town now has facilities so that children can continue enjoying football,” explains the president of the ‘Rei en Jaume’ Penya Valencianista, Francisco Molina.
